How to Use Daily Pad?

The daily pad is a hygiene product designed for women to use during menstruation. Here are the steps on how to use the daily pad:

Cleaning: Clean your hands and be in a hygienic environment. You can do this in the bathroom or toilet.

Unpack the pad: Daily pads are usually packed individually. Unpack and remove the pad.

Remove the protective strip: The bottom of the day pad has an adhesive strip or paper protector. Remove this protector so that the sticky surface is exposed.

Find the sticky side of the pad: One side of the daily pad is flat and sticky, and the other side is the soft, body-touching part. Hold the pad in your hand with the sticky side up.

Stick the sticky side to the underwear: Place the sticky side of the pad on your underwear. Note that the pad should not be inserted into the vaginal opening while doing this. The pad is used outside the vagina to catch the menstrual flow.

Place it properly: Carefully place the pad on the underwear so that it adheres completely and does not move. The pad should be placed under your underwear and fit as neatly as possible.

Change the pad as needed: Daily pads are generally thin and light, so they can be carried around comfortably. You can change your pad depending on its use. You may need to change it more often if your pad feels satiated or uncomfortable, or at times of increased flow.

Remember to remove your pad: Daily pads are not for extended use. After use, remove the pad and throw it in the waste bin. Be careful not to flush it down the toilet, as such hygiene products can clog the sewer system.

Remember, every woman's body is different and the choice of pads is a personal preference. It may take trial and error to find the daily pad that suits you best and feels comfortable.
